Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development and Appointment Setting Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound prospecting, email, and phone communication, and setting appointments for our sales team to close the deals. The candidate must have a proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, and be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Conducting research to identify and target key decision makers within target accounts
• Making outbound calls and sending email communications to potential customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within target accounts
• Setting appointments with qualified leads for the sales team to close the deals
• Consistently exceeding sales and appointment setting targets

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM software (preferred)

Income Potential: $80k - $125k (1st yr) $150k - $250k (2nd yr)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
